Getting Pre-Approved By a Lender

The lender will go over your financing options, what monthly payment amount you want to afford, and what you can expect for a down payment and closing costs.
Find Your Dream Home
For most buyers, choosing a home is an emotional process. I can assist you in this process by offering objective information about each property you view. From local community information like schools and zoning to home-specific details like condition and amenities, I can help you find exactly what you’re looking for.
Making an Offer
Once you’ve found the home of your dreams, I will research recent comparable sales of similar homes in the area to help determine a fair offer price. Based on those comparable sales, as well as other factors, I will then help you structure an offer and negotiate for you to get you the very best deal possible.
Closing can be a complicated process. I have a full-time transaction coordinator on my team whose job is to walk you through each step of the closing process.
